1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Naramo Logistics Agency ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Comprehensive Privacy Policy governs your use of the bots "Logistics Specialist Nora" and "Junior Contractor Sora" (collectively referred to as the "Service", "Bots", or "Application"), which includes their integration into third-party platforms such as Discord, as well as their interaction with proprietary experiences developed by us on the Roblox platform.

By interacting with the Service, joining a Discord server where the Service is active, or participating in our proprietary Roblox experiences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all interaction with the Service, leave the affiliated Discord servers, and abstain from our Roblox experiences.

2. Definitions

"Service" refers to the "Logistics Specialist Nora" and "Junior Contractor Sora" Discord applications, their backend infrastructure, their affiliated Roblox game integrations, and the proprietary algorithms they utilize.

"Proprietary Experiences" refers strictly to the specific virtual games, places, or experiences developed, owned, and operated by Naramo Logistics Agency on the Roblox platform.

"Safety Score" refers to the dynamic, numerical evaluation assigned to a User generated by our proprietary algorithm based on up to 37 behavioral and contextual factors.

"Automated Decision-Making" refers to the Service's ability to issue warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans without human intervention based on the Safety Score or specific rule violations.

3. Comprehensive Data Collection

To maintain the security, integrity, and safety of our communities, the Service relies on the continuous collection and processing of up to 37 distinct data points.

A. Discord-Originating Data

Persistent Identifiers: Your unique Discord User ID, current username, discriminator, account creation date, and avatar hash.

Communications and Content: The Service scans the contents of all messages, attachments, and embeds sent within Discord servers where it is installed.

Metadata: Timestamps of messages, channel IDs, server IDs, and message edit/deletion history.

Network Affiliation Analysis: We utilize specialized, confidential third-party security integrations to cross-reference your Discord account against databases of known prohibited, explicitly NSFW, or legally non-compliant Discord servers.

B. Roblox-Originating Data

Cross-Platform Identity Resolution: We utilize third-party verification architectures to mathematically link your Discord User ID to your Roblox User ID and username.

Public Platform Telemetry: We automatically retrieve and analyze public data associated with your Roblox account, focusing heavily on your Group affiliations, past usernames, and account age.

Proprietary In-Game Communications: Within our explicitly owned Proprietary Experiences on Roblox, we monitor, scan, log, and analyze in-game chat messages. We explicitly disclaim any monitoring or scraping of Roblox chat on a global scale or within experiences not owned by Naramo Logistics Agency.

C. Algorithmic and Derived Data

Behavioral Profiling: The Service continually generates derived data. This includes semantic analysis of your text, frequency of flagged keywords, history of administrative actions taken against you, and temporal patterns in your behavior, all of which culminate in your Safety Score.

4. Purpose and Processing of Data

We process your data under the legal basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining secure, compliant, and safe digital environments.

Algorithmic Safety Scoring: The primary processing activity involves feeding the collected data into our proprietary 37-factor algorithm. This algorithm weights violations, external server affiliations, and in-game behavior to calculate your risk to the community.

Automated Moderation and Enforcement: The Service utilizes automated decision-making. If your Safety Score falls below a predefined threshold, or if specific critical infractions are detected, the Service may automatically restrict your access, mute your account, or permanently ban you across all integrated platforms.

System Integrity: Data is used to train, debug, and refine our moderation models and algorithms to prevent false positives and improve detection accuracy.

5. Information Disclosure and Third-Party Sharing

We categorically do not sell your personal data to data brokers or advertising networks. Information is shared strictly under the following conditions:

Security Integrations: We securely transmit necessary identifiers (such as User IDs) to verified third-party security bots and databases to ascertain your presence in prohibited communities or to verify your cross-platform identity.

Community Administrators: Authorized personnel (Server Owners, Administrators, and Senior Moderators) are granted access to view your Safety Score, specific flagged messages, and the categorical reasons for automated actions taken against you.

Merger or Acquisition: In the event that Naramo Logistics Agency is acquired, merged, or undergoes a structural reorganization, User data will be transferred as a core operational asset.

Legal Process and Exigent Circumstances: We reserve the right to disclose any and all collected data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or legal counsel if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or to prevent imminent physical harm or illegal activity.

6. Data Security, Retention, and International Transfers

Security Protocols: We employ industry-standard cryptographic protocols (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. However, no internet-connected system is entirely infallible.

Retention Limitations: Ephemeral chat messages that do not violate community guidelines are processed in RAM and discarded. Data resulting in a moderation flag, your Safety Score history, and records of prohibited affiliations are retained indefinitely to prevent ban evasion and ensure long-term community safety, or until a valid deletion request is processed.

International Processing: Your data may be transferred to, and processed in, AWS US-WEST, AWS US-EAST, and OVH France, as well as via redundant backup copies our cloud providers may retain in other global locations. By using the Service, you consent to this trans-border processing.

7. User Rights and Jurisdictional Compliance

Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR in the EU/EEA, CCPA in California), you may exercise the following rights:

Access and Portability: You may request a structured disclosure of the data we hold regarding your account.

Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your historical data. Important Note: Exercising this right structurally conflicts with the Service's purpose. Therefore, requesting deletion requires the immediate forfeiture of your access to all affiliated Discord servers and Proprietary Experiences on Roblox.

Objection to Automated Processing: You have the right to request human review of any automated ban or severe moderation action taken by the Service's algorithm by joining our Appeals Server.

8. Children's Privacy and COPPA

Given our integration with Roblox, we strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) beyond the persistent operational identifiers required to support the internal operations of the Service (specifically, real-time chat moderation and security). If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided us with PII outside of these operational confines, they should contact us immediately for expedited data expungement.

9. LEGAL PROTECTIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

9.1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE, ITS ALGORITHMS, AND ALL ASSOCIATED DATA ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, 100% ACCURATE IN ITS MODERATION OR SAFETY SCORING, OR SECURE AGAINST CYBERATTACKS.

9.2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NARAMO LOGISTICS AGENCY, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR ACCOUNT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00 USD).

9.3. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Naramo Logistics Agency, its contractors, developers, and licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy, publicity, or intellectual property; or (d) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

9.4. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM TERMS

You acknowledge that the Service operates on third-party infrastructure (Discord and Roblox). We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or data breaches of these third-party platforms. Your use of the Service requires your continuous compliance with the Discord Terms of Service and the Roblox Terms of Use. We bear no liability if your account is terminated by these platforms due to the actions of our Service.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION

10.1. Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy, the Service, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by binding arbitration rather than in a court of law. The arbitration shall be administered by the relevant arbitration bodies governing the jurisdictions outlined in Section 11.

10.2. Class Action Waiver

YOU AND NARAMO LOGISTICS AGENCY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

11. General Provisions

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify this document at any time. Material changes will be communicated via announcements in affiliated Discord servers. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed concurrently by the laws of the State of California (United States of America) and the laws of France (European Union), without respect to their conflict of laws principles. Where regulatory conflicts arise between these jurisdictions, the regulations providing the strictest data privacy protections (typically the GDPR within the EU) shall take precedence.
